An eCheck is a payment that you make directly from your bank account.
Just like a regular check, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to be validated, clear and the money to appear on our account.
Orders paid by eCheck will be shipped only after the eCheck is validated and cleared, between 3 and 5 business days from the order date.
Special conditions apply for Bank Wire Transfer payments.
Usually we accept Wire Transfers for receiving large-value payments.

All orders are shipped from outside the US by registered mail.
Once your parcel reaches USA, it will be handled over and delivered by USPS.
The recipient signature may be required upon delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, once your payment has been accepted. Your order will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks, once your payment has been accepted. Usually it doesn’t take longer than 15 business days.

Unfortunately, for security reasons we cannot ship to neither APO nor FPO addresses.
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with e-mail address you provided when submitting the order, will be all you need to track your order.

We break up orders of multiple items into several packages in order to avoid issues with customs. After you receive the first package, you will receive the others within several days.
We answer every email that we receive within 2 business days. If you haven't received a reply to your e-mail, you should make sure that your ISP or e-mail client are not blocking the messages we send you or maybe try to contact us from another e-mail address.
If there is an issue with a shipment or product, you will be sent a refund or the order will be reshipped. If a customer says they will enact a charge back, we will not allow them to make future purchases on the site. Their credit card details will also be provided to processing agencies.
